This is where I, as a Creative, get to show you how I look at things differently and in a way like none other. No borders, no guidelines, just complex creativity. (Disclaimer: Everything on this page is 100% my work, I have shot literally every piece of this page. Some collages look realer than what they are, enjoy.)
Various faces in various places.
2/10/2022: SECOND PASS “POST COVID” (‘: Life is kind of feeling like it’s getting back to normal, considering live events have been dead for so long, it’s nice to back out and doing what I love. Cannot thank the Atmosphere team enough. Working with a team that is a huge part of the Minnesota music scene felt like a blessing, I felt right at home, thank you again.
1/31/2022: FIRST PASS “POST COVID”, I could not be more thankful to Washed Out and their team for approving me of my first pass in nearly 2 years. It just felt really good to be given an opportunity again and to be working with an artist directly, doing what I love. Washed Out was one of my most streamed artists last year too so this one just felt special, thank you again.
3/1/2020: Mod Sun in his hometown, great vibes, great performers, a solid crowd, it was a good night. I really do think these pictures are the best live performance pictures I’ve taken up to date. Which is pretty huge to say actually, I literally couldn’t have done this if his team didn’t approve of me, so thank you 1000 times to them.
2/21/2020: 4 months worth of failed email attempts to various artists, but $NOT and his management approved me of a photo pass for his tour. At a relatively smaller stage, $NOT came thru and really made the room feel bigger then what it was. I shit you not, there were fans crowd surfing and nearly hitting the ceiling. Shit was wild. Many thanks to his management for allowing me to work with the team for the night.
10/17/2019: Not sure what has changed but things have been looking up, I’m always grateful for any opportunity. Today I was given the chance to shoot for an artist who I have looked up to for years, Skizzy Mars. Which added to the nostalgia of working with his team. The show was great and I loved the way the pictures turned out, thank you to him and his team.
10/12/2019: Was granted the opportunity to shoot for my first festival, Zombie Pub Crawl in downtown Minneapolis. The festival was one like i’ve never attended. Venues all around downtown with events going on at each of them. A super cool experience that I am very grateful to have been given. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of the team.
9/29/2019: I was granted the opportunity to shoot for Father in Minneapolis, although the lighting was super terrible I think the pictures turned out good. Thank you to him and his team for the opportunity.
Update: Today, (09/16/2019) I acquired my first photo press pass for Pink Sweat$. Couldn’t be more thankful, don’t ever stop on your dreams. More to come.
I can't even front, up until now I have been unsuccessful at acquiring a photo pass from any major artist/venue/festival (11/7/2017), (Speak it into existence). So all of the photos on this page are strictly from the crowd, and more so then not, front row. So enjoy these photos while I enjoyed finessing my way to the front at all costs.

The night before we risked breaking into abandoned Six Flags in New Orleans I could not sleep at all and was up until 4am when the plan was to be in the park by 7am. I suddenly fell asleep and when I woke up I saw that it was 8:30am. I was so mad at myself but there was no time to stop and think about so we instantly run out of the hotel, hop in the car and sped to the park, we scoped out the grounds the day prior but this was our last day in New Orleans so we had to get in. It was about a 30 minute drive from where we were staying and just like the day before when we drove past the entrance to Six Flags there were cops blocking off the entrance. Urbexing is always more successful in the morning but I didn't figure that they were had patrols in the lot that early. I can't give all the details for how we got in but we most certainly did. While we were inside we saw both alligators and cops walking around, both equally as bad. The patrols did not stop us though from climbing some roller coasters. Although it was very risky we managed to climb up the side steps of a wooden roller coaster that was right next to the side of the highway, but it gave a view of the entire amusement park. The park also had multiple areas that still had inches deep of water and the back half of the park itself was swampland so our shoes were definitely wet. Although this spot was the most risky spot I have urbex'd (considering there were literally patrols in the park) it was definitely worth it because I would say this is now the coolest abandoned spot I have been.
(The storm was Hurricane Katrina)
A variety of photo's, taken one after another.
It is, what it is.
Attending Camp Flog Gnaw this year, 2018, was a very special one for me. I have attended the past 3 years at this festival and seeing it grow into what it is now is so crazy to see with my own eyes. You really can do anything in the world if you believe you can, I have watched Tyler go from being an artist on Youtube with thousands of views to hosting sold out carnivals with 40,000 people from all over the world. Its inspiration to the highest degree and I can not wait to see what he keeps on creating.
Complexcon 2018 was a great opportunity for me as a photographer to see a bunch of artists and network with other festival go-ers. The event had a wide range of attractions from sneakheads to internet icons, all in one area coming together for something that we all love, the culture. Which is ultimately the reason why I knew going to Complexcon would be such a great idea because Complex is such a big part of the culture and hosting an event to bring us all together as one sounded like a great time.
The Girl with the Freckled Forehead
I loved the way this turned out because when we started the shoot her hair looked too neatly and flat laying across the water, and at first it looked fine, but after taking a couple shots I was not liking how organized her hair looked. I decided to actually move around her hair in various patterns and looking back at the pictures I think this was the best turn out of it. I usually try to think of how I want a picture to look and then try to go out and actually shoot it how I imagined, so explaining the shoot to a model before the shoot is interesting because you just try need to make it seem like its not as crazy as it may sound. It was drizzling while we were shooting so some of the drops on the pond are actually rain drops, (so is that thing falling from the sky above the right side of her face) I've shot with the same camera since day 1 of my photography adventure and it always amazes me with being able to be capable of everything I need.
Fall 2019
These are just some things that I felt I overlooked and never got around to posting, so enjoy them here.
We were not far from being eye level with these clouds at all. I feel that more people need to visit a major mountain region because honestly you would be surprised at how much a view can change you.
This is still quite possibly my favorite summer photo I have taken, which was taken years ago, at this point I can’t say when exactly but sometime around 2015 forsure.
This shoot was just crazy because it literally was not suppose to go like this at all. I had some cool idea in mind with lights and mirrors but super last minute went out and bought the mirrors, with full intentions of returning them right after (sry). Unfortunately, the mirrors were to big to fit in my Jeep (sponsor me pls) so I immediately walked back into Ikea and returned them. We get to this studio that we rented out to take pics, and the studio looked nothing like the pictures on their ad. We had literally nothing to work with, besides this chandelier. That was hanging in the bathroom, lmao.
Fine, I'll do it myself.
I love the first photo because if you look close enough, you can see my reflection in her eyes.
If you don't have an sauce then, you're lost.. But you also can get lost in the sauce.
This was my first creative piece I ever made I think. Looking back on this it looks pretty basic but the idea is valid still. It's just nice to see how much I've grown as a creative.

6am in Venice
Californians live by the sunrise, right when it started rising at 6am locals started appearing from no where and started their day. Whether they were jogging, surfing, skating, they all awoke with the sunrise which is something I was not use to. Usually whenever I wake up the sun has been up for hours prior, but these people are so ready for the day and to do what they love that they can't let even a minute be wasted. It wasn't just a couple people either that were up at that time, they traveled in crowds, with their friends or families, or pets. It was something that was different.

'tis for the season
I took this photo of Tyler the Creator, someone who has been an inspiration to me since freshmen year of high school. Tyler had a big clothing drop at his Golf store in LA on Fairfax and I got in line at 9:30am and didn't get into the store until 4pm. I took this picture of Tyler probably around 11:30am when he went down the line talking to various people with his video man and when he passed me, I couldn't just let the opportunity slip away from me. So I ran him down as he was talking to people and started taking flicks of him. Luckily, I got a photo of him looking directly at me. After I took these two he ran (fast btw) down the line away from me so I turned back and got in line. To this day I can still say that I am shook that it happened but moral of the story is that you shouldn't let any opportunity get away from you, even if that means feeling like paparazzi and chasing down your idols because in the end it will probably be worth it.
ComplexCon 2019, another year of a cultural gathering in Long Beach CA. What I love the most about ComplexCon is that it’s not only a festival, in fact the shows don’t start till later in the day so you can browse around and check out your favorite brands / influencers and not miss anything. The culture itself is very diverse, and all of us coming together as one to celebrate / explore / learn about each other is an experience you won’t find anywhere else.
This photo was taken on top of the Hamms Brewery, and for some reason always gives me a nostalgic feeling.
Fall 2020 / Well, just as The Boys and I expected, Colorado was going to put up a good fight. If you asked any of the witnesses though, they would say The Boys had a forsure victory. There’s always next year I guess.
These photos were taken at the Venice beach skatepark. This place just screams culture and I love being there.
This abandoned theater in San Diego was a very cool spot to see. I've been to many abandon places but this one was just something different, it wasn't dirty and grungy like most of the places I've been, it was open and clean very spacious.
My innovator tee is complete I believe. That is what is so hard about designing, is once you think you are done you will just sit there looking at it like "Am I really done? Or could I change this, or add that". Being an innovator can be taken into any scenario. You can innovate on a small scale level which would only concern you, like getting to class ahead of time, or maybe it is balancing everything you need to do in your day and how it could be done faster. Or you could innovate on a larger scale and influence a large amount of people, like adding a bike path that leads all around the metro and over the river, or creating a club of hoodlums to come together to create good memories and vibes. Anyone can be an innovator, its all about positive energy being used for a common good.
Thee Lauren Jackson, doing what she does best.
Fairfax is an urban jungle and I love it
A third floor garage door?? For what? I love the contrast in colors between the dark shadows and the green outside.
The Historic United Crushers Building.
The Ford bridge is a pretty cool spot, the shot of my shoes with Tyler standing in the background holding the Go Pro was shot at the furthest part over the river.

I like how I can turn any spot into a scene, anywhere can be a good photo spot you just have to work with what you have and kill that angle and make sure the quality is there. If you have the vision for this, you can turn anything into a phenomenal shooting area. Just focus on your subject and have the background be layered in, viewers won't know if you are shooting for the location or the person and I love that.
Trip number 2 to the Venice Skatepark
I took these photos at Camp Flog Gnaw in LA, 2017. This was the second year that I attended Camp Flog and Tyler never fails to put on a great festival. Its crazy watching him grow as an artist from his first mixtape to consecutively selling out events at 40,000 people. This photo was taken during Fidlar set when they asked for the fans to crowd surf with no music playing. So instantly people all around me threw their bodies into the air and tried to ride the crowd.
My boy Chris and I have multiple times broken into this abandoned brewery so we had to do this shot twice. The first picture of him sliding through the window was the more recent photo and the second one was the original one we took earlier in the year. Lots of local artists love this place too, it really is a very cool spot that you have to maneuver and find your way through various stairs and ladders to get to the top. The coolest part about this building though, isn't even the roof. Deep below the basement there are actually caves cut out in the sandstone (St. Paul is made on sandstone so we were very deep) and you could keep getting deeper and deeper into the ground and the passage ways by sliding through very small holes. Keep in mind, this is all in the pitch black darkness, the only lights you have are the ones that you bring. It is a 10/10 hoodlum experience and I am very sad that they are closing it up.
Sedona rocking my Above NASA parody tee.
Under St. Paul
I see a lot of graffiti tags on the regular and I have never seen a tag and thought, "This is the best piece I have ever seen" until I came across this piece. My homie and I were traveling through a sewer drain and after walking for about 45 minutes through the drain we ran into this. I loved it from the second I saw it. It wrapped around the top of the drain, it is some sort of a euphoric body. There might be two bodies if you look at it a certain way actually.
I really liked these tones, they were both from the Redwood Forest in Northern California and it was a 13 hour drive through the night from LA. It was raining the whole night and said it was going to be all day too but thankfully when we arrived at 11am it stopped raining just for enough time to run around and see some big ass trees. It was a very cool experience and I wish I had something similar to this closer to home.
Hoodie season is approaching . .
The fog on the road trip North in Cali was something to capture.
UC
UC is by far the coolest spot I have ever been too. It is not much of an adventure considering it is a building that leads straight up with only 1 floor of a basment. The hardest part about this building, is just breaking in because once you are in there is a steel ladder that takes you straight to the top and various floors along the way. The location for this building is very nice too, you get a view of downtown and stadiums and train tracks etc. The graffiti in this place is PHENOMENAL, like honestly the best artwork is in here, which is why it is also my favorite place. And on each level (These photos were from at least 15 stories high) the graffiti seems to just get better and better. So making it it to the top is very cool and once you are up it is hard to convince yourself to leave.
Jayda and I broke into a homeless ladies house like how do you do that right?
Just some young shooters.
The south shore.
My homie Tyler and I are 96% the same person and that is a proven fact. The 4% is probably entirely the fact that he is a big college man and I chose a different path but regardless he's my mans and we kill shit together. These were taken in our high school days.
Sunshine, sunshine, its fine.
I just want a nice hedge and I just want a nice Jeep.
UC
The top floor of UC is a sight to see.
Do you see the matching white roses?
Hamms is a hard enough building to get into, but if you are trying to get to the roof, you will face many obstacles, these steps being one of them. My boy Tyler and I stay killin it through these buildings.
combination
I really enjoy photographing shadows, so look out for that in all of my work.

Looking up / looking down
To this date, this is my favorite graffiti piece I have ever seen in person. This photo was taken in a sewer tunnel deep under St. Paul, without the flash on my camera it was pitch black. From the entrance of the tunnel to where this piece is it was about a 45 minute walk in pitch blackness. It was an easy walk with flash lights though.
I really like how these ones turned out
Tyler featuring skateboard.
I am roadtripping to LA next week and I cannot wait to take pictures like this in my jeep along the way.
Update:
I am back from LA and it was a very cozy trip, most of these pictures were taken in Northern California, and in Oregon. Round trip it was 6,000 miles which I am trying to get over, but I love my Jeep and for half the trip we just folded down the seats in the back and layed out on the 2 big thick comfy blankets that I brought and slept in the car. Would highly recommend both a road trip and/or a Jeep.
Rob still has yet to find my Supreme ash tray that he lost, and I will forever be salty about that.
The first time I went to LA I made an attempt to find the abandoned zoo but it was rather hard to find. Then the second time I went to LA I actually brought my Jeep so it was easy to maneuver through the hills and find it. One thing that I was not expecting was the layout of the zoo, which has little cages set up along a dirt road where the animals would stay. While walking in on the path you will eventually loop around and be back at the start of the trail. There wasn't one big building that held all the animals but it was still a cool experience to find.

I am still upset that my homie Rob lost my Supreme ashtray and I have recently been having urges to just buy a new one
Somewhere Shaded
The reason why I love this photo of mine so much is because the only idea that I was trying to go for in this shoot was just shadows, and we found the perfect cut with the sun glaring through the window at the perfect angle. The way half the left half of his face is lit up from the sun and the contrast to his right half I thought is what really makes this picture pop. I cannot figure out which side of his face I think looks the best but the lighting was just key. That's what's fun about having photographer friends is that we will literally just go downtown exploring for cuts or things we have to come back and shoot for in the future.
Spontaneous hotel shoots, can you tell?
Rented a studio, only shot in the bathroom.
