The Girl with the Freckled Forehead

I loved the way this turned out because when we started the shoot her hair looked too neatly and flat laying across the water, and at first it looked fine, but after taking a couple shots I was not liking how organized her hair looked. I decided to actually move around her hair in various patterns and looking back at the pictures I think this was the best turn out of it. I usually try to think of how I want a picture to look and then try to go out and actually shoot it how I imagined, so explaining the shoot to a model before the shoot is interesting because you just try need to make it seem like its not as crazy as it may sound. It was drizzling while we were shooting so some of the drops on the pond are actually rain drops, (so is that thing falling from the sky above the right side of her face) I've shot with the same camera since day 1 of my photography adventure and it always amazes me with being able to be capable of everything I need.
